Winter Sports Equipment and Ski Sale
Are you looking for an economic way to outfit yourself or your family members for outdoor winter activities? The Burnt Hills United Methodist’s Annual Winter Sports Equipment Sale will be held from 9:00 a.m. to noon on October 17th at the Burnt Hills United Methodist Church (860 Rt. 50, Burnt Hills, New York).
This yearly event gives the community an opportunity to recycle winter sporting equipment. New and used winter sports equipment will be sold, including downhill and cross country ski equipment, boots, skates, snowboards, sleds and winter sports clothing. Older straight downhill skis will not be accepted. Community members who wish to sell equipment may deliver it to the church between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 15rd and 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, October 16th. Sellers determine the cost of the articles for sale, and receive 75% of the sale price. Donations of equipment are gladly accepted.
